Delivery Areas:

we currently deliver across the United States. Local delivery is available for select zip codes in the NYC area.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Same-day-delivery may be available for local orders depending on location and order time. Orders must be placed before 3:00 pm in order to receive same day delivery.

Shipping Time:

For local delivery (NYC & Surrounding Areas): 1-2 business days.

For standard U.S. shipping: 3-7 business days.

Shipping Fees:

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

For orders below $50, rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. This applies to both local and standard U.S. shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery, redelivery fees may apply.

Perishable Items:

For freshness, perishable items are delivered only through local delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
