We Accept returns for the following items:

  1. Packaged grocery items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. 
  2. Wrong items delivered
  3. damaged or defective products on arrival.

Note: Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Non-refundable Items:

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  1. Fresh produce
  2. Dairy & Frozen items
  3. Freshly prepared food
  4. Meat, poultry & seafood
  5. Personal care & hygiene products
  6. items marked as final sale or clearance

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Perishable and Frozen Items:

Perishable/frozen items are inspected before delivery. If any arrive damaged or spoiled, notify us same day with photos. We will gladly assist you.

  • Local Delivery Orders:

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Missed or unattended deliveries are not eligible for refund.
